You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
Orders can also be picked up in person at our San Rafael location at no additional cost. Select "In-Store Pickup" at checkout and we will notify you when your order is ready, typically within 24 hours.
We want you to love every product you purchase from us. If you are not satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of purchase under the following conditions:
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at info@lillybeautymedspasanrafael.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Approved refunds are processed within 5โ7 business days to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
