Not always — most of our facial treatments can be booked directly. However, we recommend a free consultation for first-time clients so we can assess your skin and recommend the best protocol for your goals.
Treatment times vary: HydraFacial and Acne Treatment take approximately 60 minutes, Dermaplaning 45 minutes, LED Facial 30 minutes, Anti-Aging Facial 75 minutes, and Oxygen Facial 60 minutes. Allow extra time for your first visit paperwork.
Most of our treatments have zero downtime — you can return to your normal routine immediately. Some clients may experience mild redness after certain treatments, which typically fades within a few hours.
Yes. All of our protocols are designed with safety in mind and can be adapted for sensitive skin types. We conduct a skin assessment before every treatment to ensure the correct approach for you.
For optimal results, most clients benefit from treatments every 4–6 weeks. Your practitioner will recommend a personalized schedule based on your skin goals and the specific treatment.
We ask for at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. No-shows will be charged the full treatment cost.
